i accidentally started debating someone today and i came across as rude and stupid to them and i felt really sad about it even after apologizing. i can do politics pretty well as long as it's sort of generic leftism but it when it comes to defending concrete historical socialist perspectives i end up boiling over with anger because western leftists are so dismissive and rude. like no one accepts that you might have a different opinion, they just assume you're poorly read and stupid and need to be insulted. but if i get worked up about it then it's just me being an idiot because no one perceives their attacks on other socialist movements as being real attacks. i hate this sort of thing and i just shouldn't participate in it.

yeah i prefer to just quietly undermine everything an opponent does from the shadows, the mature adult way of resolving differences

OR: You should get better at it and develop your skills so you can defend socialism against the rising tide of dark fascist reaction. How about that, Professor F*cky.

I too got into an argument with some white ppl about the absolute science of marxism leninism and the historical legacy of the great proletarian cultural revolution the other night at a bar. Went ok, I don't expect to win the argument, just show them that anti-revisionists exist in the first world so they remember u when JDPON happens

I've never had ANY security clearance but I am a radiation worker, I hope that counts.

By my last yr of school I'd just say stuff and then someone else would try and interpret it and whatever they said I'd just go with & I took one grad lvl anthro class for elective ( ididnt know it was grad level) and the professor brutally socratic methoded me & almost owned me into expressing myself clearly. Got to be careful out there...
#1138
have you thought about integrating the radiation into your act. like... you could just take out a hunk of plutonium and uhhh i'm not sure, maybe riff on it. prop comedy is back. you need an edge.

i understand that's a show trial but it's still sort of weird that an 81 year old woman is testifying about something that happened when she was a child more than 70 years ago. like obviously they could ask her anything and she'll start spinning stories about how hitler visited the camp and she got in a public debate with him and everyone clapped.

is this not, more important, than The Truth. the Truth is that Hitler was a sad damaged man with broken dreams of art, who could have been redeemed thru the love of a good dog, which is frankly shit

this morning i had a temporary auditory hallucination and i was like oh come on i don't want to deal with this new bullshit. it was like finding a parking ticket, except the ticket was roaring imaginary static. a lot of people get stuff like that once in a while though so hopefully it's not another brain problem.

Have been working as a volunteer assistant teacher for an English language program in DC for three weeks now. Its a small thing, but it's work that provides me with an opportunity to practice public speaking while at same being rewarding for its own sake.

Would have mentioned this sooner, but I didn't want to bring it up till it was too late for them to let me go, lol...
