Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton on Thursday submitted written answers under penalty of perjury in a lawsuit about her use of a private email server while secretary of State, Politico reported.
In the answers, submitted to conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, the Democratic nominee wrote 20 times she didn't recall the information that was requested, according to Politico.

"Secretary Clinton states that she does not recall being advised, cautioned, or warned," about her email server, lawyers for Clinton wrote.

"She does not recall that it was ever suggested to her, and she does not recall participating in any communication, conversation, or meeting in which it was discussed that her use of a clintonemail.com e-mail account to conduct official State Department business conflicted with or violated federal record keeping laws."

please offer your congratulations to the next president of the usa. And do so frequently, because she won't remember you had before.

BEIJING — Hillary Clinton privately said the U.S. would "ring China with missile defense" if the Chinese government failed to curb North Korea's nuclear program, a potential hint at how the former secretary of state would act if elected president.

Clinton's remarks were revealed by WikiLeaks in a hack of the Clinton campaign chairman's personal account. The emails include a document excerpting Clinton's private speech transcripts, which she has refused to release.

A section on China features several issues in which Clinton said she confronted the Chinese while leading the U.S. State Department.

China has harshly criticized the U.S. and South Korea's planned deployment of a missile-defense system against North Korea, which conducted its fifth nuclear test this year. But Clinton said she told Chinese officials that the U.S. might deploy additional ships to the region to contain the North Korean missile threat.

If North Korea successfully obtains a ballistic missile, it could threaten not just American allies in the Pacific, "but they could actually reach Hawaii and the west coast theoretically," Clinton said.

"We're going to ring China with missile defense. We're going to put more of our fleet in the area," Clinton said in a 2013 speech. "So China, come on. You either control them or we're going to have to defend against them."

China is North Korea's economic lifeline and the closest thing it has to a diplomatic ally, and has been criticized by the U.S. and others for not doing enough to rein in Pyongyang's nuclear ambitions. Chinese officials and state media have responded by saying North Korea is not solely China's responsibility and say Beijing's has limited influence with secretive leader Kim Jong Un's hardline communist regime

Clinton also privately criticized China's position on another sensitive issue, the South China Sea. China claims almost the entirety of the strategically vital water body and has lashed out at an international tribunal's rejection of its claims in a July ruling.

By China's logic, Clinton told a different audience in 2013, the U.S. after World War II could have labeled the Pacific Ocean the "American Sea."

"My counterpart sat up very straight and goes, 'Well, you can't do that,'" she said. "And I said, 'Well, we have as much right to claim that as you do. I mean, you claim (the South China Sea) based on pottery shards from, you know, some fishing vessel that ran aground in an atoll somewhere."

reminder that the US rejects the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea which actually establishes territorial water claims, and also claims vast portions of the pacific ocean based solely on ownership of ecologically devastated ethnically cleansed coral reefs

Snopes even has an "unproven" category. But I guess Bill is a pretty convincing guy and anything he says is true. well... except when you write an email... a quick email. when i write a quick email, the truth is hidden. you gotta look for it. and sometimes I gotta explain the truth a few months later. because it was quick email. sometimes when the email is very quick you mean one thing but clearly explain something completely different. that's the problem with quick emails. i just wish i had more time to write emails and this problem would never happen.

Subject: Hillary almost 100% negative

Almost every message being projected outward from her campaign is negative, and a candidate with high distrust ratings should not be doing this, and my phone has been ringing and my email box has been full with Democrats who like me who support her but who, like me, are appalled and losing confidence.

I have never seen anything like this.

This campaign is devoid of positive messages, uplifting appeal, and coherent rationale.

And bluntly, it is getting to the point where every word she utters, there are more young people and first time participants in politics who support Bernie who would not support her in a general election no matter how hard I and others try to persuade them.....and whoever persuaded her that running for Obama's third term is the way to win a general election is far removed from American politics in 2016, and if they think she can constantly shift her position they do not understand the depth of distrust of her and the damage it does.... and they do not understand in the modern communications environment she cannot be a centrist one day and a liberal the next day because images and impressions are formed and locked in far earlier than in the 1970's to 1990's.

This is a campaign that has never had a compelling rationale and now has lost its way into a sea of negativity.....the way for her to be elected is to solve the first problem, and develop some uplifting reason for voters to support her, and not to create a second problem, running a negative campaign without a positive message and vision.....

8 point programs, no matter how worthy, do not create a purpose or a rationale or an inspiration......negative politics from a candidate with high negative ratings attacking a candidate with positive high ratings is the political road to hell.

I strongly suspect she has been sold a bill of goods from Obama consultants who became Hillary consultants, but whoever is the cause, and whatever is the motive, something is horribly and terribly wrong with this campaign.....and when Dan Pfeiffer says on CNN that this is not a change election he has his head nine feet up his ass.....this is a change election, dammit, and Hillary Clinton is running as the candidate of the status quo and that is the worst possible place to be.....and her sycophantic adoration of Obamacare is absurd and totally out of touch with the reality of general election politics....

This campaign is in very, very big trouble and I see zero evidence that Hillary Clinton either understands this, or understands why....

I hope others are being as candid with you, and the Clintons, as I am. I assure you my view expressed here is very widely shared among people who consider themselves her friends.....Brent

this was written by brent budowsky, same guy who wrote the email marxultor just posted:

John, one thought worth considering would be for HRC to offer leadership for a better kind of politics by suggesting Democratic candidates agree to not run negative ads against each other during the primaries. A modern version of Reagan's 11 commandment of Republicans not attacking each other. She would get credit with voters for trying, Bernie would almost certainly agree and O'Malley doesn't matter at this point and probably won't....

HRC could then spend money running positive ads about herself, juxtaposed against Republicans, which helps her favorable and trust numbers, draws a nice contrast between her and Republicans, and when she has to go negative when Republicans do, she has a strong foundation of having campaigned for a higher standard of politics which voters want....

Frankly I thought it was dumb for McCaskill and Gutierrez to be attacking Bernie.
We are going to need his voters to turn out in November for HRC, he won't be nominated. I am doing the opposite, repeatedly writing friendly and positive pieces about Bernie as an HRC supporter, and when the time is right I will have money in the bank with him and his people as a liberal to urge them to come out in force to vote for HRC.....which is not a given, and we won't have much margin for error in a close election.....Brent

Thanks. How embarrassing-not for Hillary so much as for the people writing her. Poor Anne-Marie. She is a flatterer, though. But I think it's more being nice than sucking up, because she does it to everyone-up and down.
