The center left will win, but Berlusconi intentionally created a shitty electoral law which only gives a sizable bonus in parliament to the winning party if they go over a very high threshold, which PdL (the center left) won't get.

The center left will then fall apart as they try to appease both their centrist and their left wing coalition partners, which is mutually impossible.
