Official MIM(Prisons) Rhizzone user
We recently lost our email address[1] . As part of mitigating against this problem we have decided to further make official our user account mustang19 [2] here on rhizzone, and in particular here in Laissez's Faire[3] as an alternative means of contacting us and a backup place to find us online in case our website and email are ever shut down again. The combination of the rhizzone.net platform and the access to good comrades who may notice our disappearance made this the logical place for us to establish a second online base from which to regroup. We will be posting this on our website to establish the authenticity of this statement, but hope to keep it here on LF[4] for reference in case our website does go down.
You can contact us through mustang19 [5] via private message, just like you would via email. That means previous policies still apply (1)[6] ,(2)[7] (we prioritize practical questions, other cells/orgs must use GPG/PGP, etc.)
Last Chance to Get MIM Theory Complete Set
In an unrelated topic, here is an offer of potential interest to readers of LF[8] . MIM Distributors is about to run out of a couple of issues of MIM Theory. That means the ability to acquire a complete set will soon no longer be possible. While printed versions have not been available for public purchase for many years, we are making them available one last time. MIM Theory was printed mostly in the 1990s, and was always a controversial and well-respected source of Maoist Theory.
Get one of the last remaining complete sets of MIM Theory for $75 postage paid in the U.$., $85 elsewhere. All proceeds go to our prisoner support work. This includes all 13 published magazines (issue 1-14, where 2/3 was a combo issue). While supplies last, you'll also get a printed and spiral bound copy of the first released draft of Imperialism and its Class Structure in 1997[9] , the would-be MIM Theory 15.
NOTE: Most of these journals are available as PDFs from our website[10] . But reading theory in print is much better. Also, MIM Theory is only present in a couple libraries that we are aware of. If you can get a complete set of MIM Theory into a public library, even better.

EDIT: In response to inquiries, MIM Distributors exists only to distribute literature to U.$. prisoners these days. That's why this is a special offer. We don't usually sell stuff to the public at this point except occassional public events. So we aren't trying to sell individual magazines or other lit. We have a DVD we distribute called Unlock the Box that you can order via kersplebedeb[11] and some books in the works that we hope to make available for purchase. But right now, the complete set of MIM Theory is the only thing you can order from us.

reasons the proletariat was identified by marx as the force most likely to institute a massive and positive change on society:
- numbers
- discipline from industrial and labour unionism
- poor, an incentive to push for the change
in the post-industrial west, and especially america, these factors are becoming more and more true of the lumpenproletariat than of the proletariat.
- numbers: in america, there are 2.5 million inmates
- discipline: prison gangs demonstrate the prisoners' ability to maintain loyalty to a cause even at great personal cost
- incentive for change: not only poor but imprisoned in deplorable conditions
i'd say the MIM are absolutely correct to focus on prisoners rather than the pampered american worker

lol everyone is probated again. i did notice though a few things about probation mechanics:
1) each post can only be probated for once
2) people can be probated even if they're already probated
therefore, i could go through and just probate every single post right now and everyone would be safe in the future unless they make new posts. or i could just sit back and do nothing
