does anyone want to go with me to a rally if there are rallies tonight in nyc? I don't make it a policy of going to protests alone unless necessary. I missed out yesterday because I was working 12 hours and then had to break into my own apartment at like 11pm

sure. i know a great place we can get drinks afterwards.

lol this shit is retarded

point by point going down the prosecution's case, devoid of context and any of the response from the defense or whatever

calling the police 46 times in a year is enough to warrant the death penalty on it's own

yeh definitely go protest those jurors, they should have listened to the prosecutors and convicted this guy, damn jurors not listening to the state. glad to see this forum is backing the prosecution so strongly.

I see your point, but they can't say everyone is innocent just because the state is evil, or the opposite (that everyone is guilty because the state is always right) for that matter. It's more complicated than that. I think that courts should decide on a case-by-case basis whether the defendant is innocent or not, and they should have a jury of people to look at the details and decide. There can be one man talking to them who says why the defendant is innocent, and one saying why theyre guilty. It's not the easiest way to decide who's innocent and who isn't, but it seems like it would be fair.
