Not exactly true. They are pressured to be available for sex for "alpha males," the sort of patriarchal leaders, 100% of the time. As all sex within capitalism is rape, sexhavers should be penalized for conforming to bourgeois social roles by themselves volunteering for involuntary penetration.

The end goal eventually being a state where non-procreative sex is simply not socially acceptable.

This is the basic thesis of radical sexual redistribution.

but again, this is clearly an argument for the immediate and total criminalization of for-pleasure, non state sanctioned sex. Forced redistribution seems incredibly counterproductive, seeing as how sex is not a beneficial resource owed to the people, but rather an inherently counterrevolutionary force that corrupts and undermines the communal spirit itself. It would be like arguing for the "radical redistribution of football", rather than simply abolishing the degenerative and opiating practice outright. check your sexual premises imho
